Dr. Joe, a retired rheumatologist and native Peorian, dedicated thirty-six years to caring for patients at Methodist Hospital. Now serving on the Carle Health Center for Philanthropy – Greater Peoria Council, Dr. Joe continues his mission to positively impact the community. In addition to his musical talents, Dr. Joe is a founder of the “Don’t Start” initiative, where he and his collaborators harness the power of music to reach and inspire our youth, delivering meaningful messages that can truly make a difference.
